Top 10 Cars for New Drivers
The telegraph newspaper has compiled a list of the top ten cars for new drivers that cost between £1,500 -£5000 and fall into a suitable insurance group. This comes hot on the heels of a report by the Institute of Advanced Motorists that over half of young men who die in car accidents do so partly because they are driving old, relatively unsafe vehicles.

2. Suzuki Swift
3. Citroen C2
4. Fiat Grande Punto
5. Ford Fiesta (2002-2008)
6. Seat Ibiza
7. Renault Modus
8. Vauxhall Corsa
9. Peugeot 1007
10. Toyota Yaris
