The Business Plan

The Business Plan

“Failing to plan is planning to fail” we’ve all heard that a million times before. This is a quick reminder to me and everyone else that there is more to failing to plan than just making your initial plan and leaving it. The same applies for driving instructors.

We keep on top of it by reading through it every so often, saving down a back up version and then updating it to include what has been happening recently. This means all the decisions we make are according to plan.

Failing to plan is planning to fail – yes, and once the plan is in action failing to continue planning is an avoidable danger.
